Our firm was founded in 2012 by former partners from Jones Day, one of the nation’s premier law firms, to provide top-quality work in an intimate, relationship-oriented environment. With the expertise and business perspective we’ve gained from decades of working at one of the country’s largest law firms, we have the capability to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, corporations, closely-held companies, partnerships, limited liability companies and other business organizations.
